Building high-quality projects is no easy feat. But for the talented carpenters at Ideal Builders, it’s just another day on the job. Our versatile carpenters construct, erect, install, repair, remodel, and renovate structures and fixtures based on blueprints, specifications, schematics and sometimes just a sketch provided by the architect. And now, we’re looking for an apprentice to join their ranks, learning from them over the course of a 4-year training program.
The Ideal candidate will be a punctual, fast learner with a good attitude that isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty while learning the carpentry trade from some of the best Journeyman and Superintendents.
Responsibilities include assisting in:
• Concrete formwork
• Rough carpentry
• Finish carpentry
• Doors and hardware
• Other miscellaneous construction tasks
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be highly organized and process-driven with an eye for detail
• Must have inner drive: the desire to grow both personally and professionally
