Lodgic Everyday Community

Lodgic isn't your typical co-working space. An "all-encompassing destination," it also offers onsite daycare, a full-service restaurant, Everyday Kitchen, bar, an outdoor patio, an event space, and conference rooms. We began this project with extensive site work of digging over 20' below grade to pour 22' tall walls for two levels of underground parking. Two-stories of structural steel sit on top to create the framework for the building. Co-working spaces range from single seats at a multi-desktop table to private offices to common areas for a less traditional workspace. A common kitchen complete with fresh baked goods from the restaurant below. Underground parking provides plenty of space for workers and restaurant goers alike.
