PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our work with Baraboo-based manufacturer Teel Plastics began with a site analysis that took into account Teel’s growth aspirations. This project created a 147,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing operations, which sit together under one roof. The finished product features private offices, a conference space, a manufacturing floor, and a mezzanine space to allow for future expansion.
