Wendy Goddard

While Wendy entered the construction industry by chance (she had formerly worked in insurance), she now considers it home — most likely in part due to Ideal’s culture of “generosity and service,” which is also characterized by “great relationships.” Wendy, nicknamed “the Queen” on account of her British origins, finds her job at Ideal rewarding and challenging, and revels in helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, ideally with friends and family by her side. On her bucket list is traveling to a far away country.
