Project Engineer

But now… we need you: an enthusiastic go-getter with experience as a project engineer or intern ready to assist in delivering each project on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard possible.
This person is: detail-oriented with a honed ability to multi-task while still delivering top-notch work.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating with subcontractors, assisting with bid information, and facilitating other preconstruction tasks
- Conducting various project closeout tasks: O&Ms, as-built drawings, punch lists, and more
- Managing project documentation, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Attending project meetings and taking minutes
- Using (and using well) our construction management software Procore
- Actively contributing new ideas and recommendations for process improvement
- Assisting the project manager and other duties as assigned
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Project engineer or intern experience
- BS degree in Construction Management or a relevant field
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Developed project management and supervision skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to make thoughtful, timely decisions
- Highly organized with acute time management skills
