Madison has made us who we are today, and we’ll continue to tirelessly support people and organizations working to improve the lives of our neighbors. Through donations and over 4,000 annual volunteer hours, we support a range of organizations, including UW Carbone, Keep WI Warm/Cool Fund, WayForward Resources (formerly MOM), Peyton’s Smile and many others. Our Ideal Community Fund provides over $100,000 annually to groups helping those in need.

Hunter joins us as a Project Engineer with a background that`s a little different from the usual path — he spent years managing custom structural systems projects in the entertainment industry, working alongside designers, engineers, and fabricators on everything from small builds to large-scale productions.

We’re proud to highlight the completion of a new space for a tech company. This project transformed their Madison office into a larger, more dynamic space designed to support current needs and future growth.
This remodel features high-end finishes and flexible conference spaces to support both in-person collaboration and hybrid meetings with teams across the country. With on-site data storage and enhanced security features, the design reflects the critical priorities of the tech industry.

A huge shoutout to our journeyman carpenter, Tim Adamski!
Tim conquered the 100-mile course in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and along the Wisconsin Ice Age Trail. Not only did he finish in first place, but he also set a new course record, clocking in at 22 hours and 56 minutes!
Tim brings the same drive and focus to every project here at Ideal Builders, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on our team. Congratulations!
