Explore Humbucker Apartments, a 98,000 sq ft project in Downtown Madison featuring 75 student-focused units and a below-grade parking structure. This design-build collaboration with Bark Design utilized precast concrete for a rapid completion, ensuring students moved in before the school year. The unique name, inspired by a late-night guitar session, became a permanent fixture.

3Twenty Apartments
