PROJECT OVERVIEW

Located just blocks from popular restaurants, music venues, State Street, and Capitol Square, the 3Twenty Apartments at 320 East Wilson Street offer easy access to all of Madison’s favorite downtown amenities. We enjoyed the challenge of developing this six-story building in the heart of the isthmus. Those challenges included operating in an extremely tight working space surrounded by existing structures and streets. This 29,445-square-foot building ⁠— the rooftop garden of which boasts stunning views of Lake Monona and the Capitol ⁠— features 30 apartment units, varying in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments, as well as two retail spaces.
