Interior & Exterior Apartment Update | Downtown Madison

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Through careful collaboration with the owners of this four-story building in downtown Madison, we were able to complete the interior/exterior alterations of this design-build project while existing commercial tenants continued to occupy the first and fourth floors. This project was not without challenges, namely the puzzle that was accessing three sides of the building’s exterior while keeping State Street’s pedestrians safe and sound. After an extensive safety and engineering exercise, we landed on a complicated, meticulously engineered system of swing stages. The project went off without a hitch.
