Kaitlyn Mohrbacher
Kaitlyn Mohrbacher brings a strong background in communication and organization to Ideal Builders. She is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, studying Communications and Business.
With a family history in construction, Kaitlyn developed an early appreciation for design, planning, and teamwork. Growing up, she spent time assisting with projects alongside her dad and grandpa, which fueled her interest in the industry. She enjoys seeing how collaboration and attention to detail bring ideas to life.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves cooking, staying active, traveling, and playing video games.
Justin Kohl
With 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Justin Kohl has built a career rooted in craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous learning. His passion for construction began with a simple love for building and creating with his hands—something that still drives him today.
As a Superintendent, Justin takes pride in leading projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and collaboration on every job site. What he enjoys most is seeing the tangible results of a hard day’s work and learning from the talented team around him.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys the outdoors, whether it’s fishing, kayaking, or spending time with friends. His dedication to both his craft and his team makes him a valuable leader in the industry.
