Badger Prairie Needs Network Breaks Ground on New Building Addition

Badger Prairie Needs Network groundbreaking

VERONA, WI – Badger Prairie Needs Network (BPNN) recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a 12,000-square-foot addition to its facility in Verona. This marks the third major project Ideal Builders has undertaken with BPNN, one of the busiest food pantries in Dane County.

This “Last Build” expansion will double the food pantry’s warehouse capacity and provide additional space to accommodate current and future programs. The new facility is expected to open in June 2025.

“We’ve built a great partnership with BPNN over the years, and we’re honored to be part of this latest addition that will help position BPNN to further serve the community,” said Jason Bollig, president and CEO, Ideal Builders.

Community leaders and supporters, including Governor Tony Evers, Dane County Executive Melissa Agard, and Representative Mike Bare, joined the event alongside volunteers to kick off the project.
