Construction Management Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter pursuing a Construction Management degree to join our talented, versatile office team as a summer intern. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a honed ability to multi-task while still delivering top-notch work.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating with project managers and engineers, assisting with bid information, and facilitating other preconstruction tasks
- Assisting in estimating, bidding, and completing takeoffs
- Coordinating with superintendents and field staff as assigned
- Visiting jobsites when required
- Conducting various project closeout tasks: O&Ms, as-built drawings, punch lists, and more
- Managing project documentation, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Attending project meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting the project managers and engineers with other duties as assigned
