We welcome Leiland Roessler to our team

Madison, Wis. – Ideal Builders, in partnership with the Waunakee School District, recently held a Youth Apprenticeship Signing Day, welcoming Waunakee High School student Leiland Roessler to the team.

Through Wisconsin’s Youth Apprenticeship program, Leiland will gain hands-on experience in the construction field while continuing his education—working alongside industry professionals to develop real-world skills and explore future career opportunities.

“This is where careers start,” said Woody, Director of Field Operations at Ideal Builders. “Giving young people the chance to learn on the job, work with their hands, and see what construction is all about—that’s how we build the future of our industry.”

Student interest in the trades is growing, and the authentic career learning experience that our industry partners, like Ideal Builders, will provide to students like Leiland is extremely important and cannot be replicated in a traditional classroom experience,” says Michelle A.
