Ideal Builders Supports ACE Academy Building Campaign with Financial Gift and Commitment to Workforce Engagement
Portage, WI — Ideal Builders is proud to support the ACE Academy Building Campaign through a recent financial contribution that reinforces the company’s commitment to workforce development and skilled trades education in the Portage community.
The $10,000 donation was presented by Ideal Builders President and CEO Jason Bollig, alongside Director of Field Operations Woody Kopplin and Marketing Director Beth Vander Meulen, to Portage High School Principal Jennifer Garrigan and Building Trades Teacher Joshua Krueger. Representatives from the Portage Community School District and members of the ACE Academy Capital Campaign were also in attendance.
“Programs like ACE Academy are critical to the future of our industry,” said Jason Bollig, President and CEO of Ideal Builders. “Construction is built on people, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Supporting students early and showing them the opportunities that exist in the trades is something we believe in.”
In addition to financial support, Ideal Builders works closely with area schools and will become involved with ACE Academy program through classroom visits, discussions around apprenticeship opportunities, and conversations about career pathways in construction following graduation.
