Meet Gordy Gilman, a valuable member of the Ideal Builders team. He describes our company culture as a "family" built on quality and respect, bringing smiles and laughter to all. When he's not on the job, Gordy enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle or UTV. Australia is at the top of his travel bucket list!

Gordy, like many other Ideal team members, uses the word “family” to describe Ideal Builders’ company culture, along with “quality” and “respect.” Gordy brings a smile and often outright laughter to everyone he works with. When he’s not working at Ideal, Gordy likes to get outside — golfing and riding his motorcycle or UTV are his preferred hobbies. Top on his travel bucket list is a trip to Australia.
