Gordy Gilman

Gordy distills his role as Superintendent at Ideal into this: making sure a job runs as smoothly as possible. Gordy, like many other Ideal team members, uses the word “family” to describe Ideal’s company culture, along with “quality” and “respect.” Gordy brings a smile and often outright laughter to everyone he works with. When he’s not supervising work at Ideal, Gordy likes to get outside — golfing and riding his motorcycle or UTV are his preferred hobbies. Top on his travel bucket list is a trip to Australia.
