Lucas Bauer

Lucas’ interest in construction grew from an affinity for shop class in high school. Now, as a Superintendent at Ideal, he’s responsible for managing crews and subs to see projects through to successful completion. Lucas describes Ideal’s culture using the words “comradery,” “community,” and “energetic.” His favorite thing about his job is working so closely with the crews, subs, and clients, and experiencing the comradery that results. Top on Lucas’s bucket list? Traveling out west to go elk hunting.
