He thrives on early mornings at Ideal, dedicating his days to planning, collaboration, and problem-solving. Ryan finds Ideal's culture rewarding, friendly, and collaborative. Off the clock, he cherishes time with his family and enjoys bow hunting.
Matt Bennett

Matt Bennett thrives on the hands-on accomplishment of construction. As a Superintendent at Ideal, he draws on his experience to drive company success, fostering an honest and accountable culture. Outside of work, Matt enjoys family time, woodworking, and dreams of an Alaskan adventure. He believes in building projects and building community.
Kyle Block

Meet Kyle Block, affectionately known as “Block” at Ideal. What started as a high school Christmas break helping a cousin turned into a full-fledged construction career. Now a Superintendent, Kyle cherishes the fun, friendly, and loyal environment at Ideal. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and quality time with loved ones. Alaska for moose hunting is next on his adventure list.
Aaron Eggerichs

Aaron Eggerichs found his passion for construction right after high school, drawn to the people and the positive work environment. As a superintendent, he values clear communication and accuracy. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys golfing and camping, with scuba diving on his future adventure list.

Meet Gordy Gilman, a valuable member of the Ideal Builders team. He describes our company culture as a "family" built on quality and respect, bringing smiles and laughter to all. When he's not on the job, Gordy enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle or UTV. Australia is at the top of his travel bucket list!

With over 15 years of experience and a reputation for calm leadership, Lance has overseen impressive projects like Perkins Restaurant and Waunakee Community Bank. Off-duty, he enjoys hunting, coaching trap shooting, and family time.

Outside the office, he enjoys lawn care, firepits, and making memories with his children, dreaming of a Redwood family adventure.
