Matt Bennett

Matt Bennett thrives on the hands-on accomplishment of construction. As a Superintendent at Ideal, he draws on his experience to drive company success, fostering an honest and accountable culture. Outside of work, Matt enjoys family time, woodworking, and dreams of an Alaskan adventure. He believes in building projects and building community.

Matt has always enjoyed working with his hands and the feeling of accomplishment when a project is complete and there’s something to show for it. As a Superintendent at Ideal, he gets to experience this on a daily basis. Matt sees his role as facilitating the company’s success: “My role is to draw upon my experience across various facets of the construction process to help Ideal succeed,” he says. He describes Ideal’s culture as “honest, accountable, and generous.” When he’s not managing construction projects at Ideal, Matt enjoys spending time with his kids, watching them play sports or volunteering as their Cub Scouts “Den Leader.” He also likes to fish and, in true builder form, enjoys woodworking. He’d like to visit Alaska one day.
