Aaron Nightingale

Meet Aaron, known affectionately as "Twinkie" for a decade-old t-shirt incident. Aaron thrives on leading and teaching at Ideal, a place he describes as a humble, family-like community where the work speaks for itself. Outside the office, he enjoys lawn care, firepits, and making memories with his children, dreaming of a Redwood family adventure.

Ten years ago, Aaron wore a Twinkie the Kid t-shirt to work. Naturally, he’s been called “Twinkie” ever since. Aaron sums up his day-in-the-life in three words: leading and teaching. He describes Ideal as a fun, family-like community that’s also humble — as in “not flashy… just letting the work speak for itself.” Outside of work, Aaron enjoys the simple things: mowing the lawn, sitting around the firepit, and playing with his kids (or chaperoning their school field trips). Top on his bucket list is taking his family to see the Redwoods.
