Lance Hackl's journey from high school shop class to Senior Superintendent at Ideal is a testament to his passion for construction. With over 15 years of experience and a reputation for calm leadership, Lance has overseen impressive projects like Perkins Restaurant and Waunakee Community Bank. Off-duty, he enjoys hunting, coaching trap shooting, and family time.

Lance enjoyed his high school shop class so much that he decided to pursue a career in construction. In his 15+ years at Ideal, he’s climbed the ranks to become a Senior Superintendent. Lance is known around Ideal for never losing his cool and always being up for a challenge, which is evident in his resume; Lance’s list of impressive projects include Perkins Restaurant, Waunakee Community Bank, and West Place, which includes buildings for Navitus Health Solutions and Lumicera. When he’s not at work, Lance enjoys hunting and spending time at the gun club where he’s a trap crew coach. He also likes to spend time with his family and dog (Riley), whether it’s enjoying a cookout or sitting around a campfire. Lance also spends considerable time in his tool shed, working on any type of project he can dream up. On his bucket list? Visiting Australia with his wife.
