Meet Josh Kessenich, a Senior Superintendent at Ideal with a passion for construction and problem-solving. Since high school, Josh has honed his skills organizing, scheduling, and keeping projects on track. Off the clock, he enjoys fishing at his cabin and dreams of a fly fishing adventure in Canada. He describes Ideal's culture as fun and family-oriented.

Josh has been in the construction game since high school, and has over the years advanced to Senior Superintendent at Ideal, where he spends his days “organizing, scheduling, and problem solving” — essentially, keeping day-to-day operations on track and all trades moving forward to project completion. When Josh considers Ideal’s culture, the words “fun” and “family” come to mind… but that doesn’t mean that Josh doesn’t enjoy his time off the jobsite too. When he’s not at work, Josh likes to hang out and go fishing at his cabin up North. On his bucket list is a fly fishing trip to Canada.
