PROJECT OVERVIEW
Believe it or not, Hy Cite Enterprises launched out of a garage in 1957. Now, decades later, they’re an international company representing three premium cookware lines. This project focused on building a new world headquarters for Hy Cite in Middleton, bringing their Madison and Fitchburg offices together in one central location. The three-story office building is complete with underground parking and features expansive glass on the exterior to take advantage of the area’s views and natural light. The exterior of the building also features aluminum composite paneling and bio-retention ponds for stormwater management. Inside you’ll find a prominent “work cafe”, inviting collaboration, as well as aluminum doors and frames, open ceilings, specialty/decorative ceilings, and wood and stone elements.
Above all else there is a high level of trust and transparency with the team at Ideal. They are also very easy to work with.
