After nearly two decades, North Central Group (NCG Hospitality) has reimagined its headquarters with a complete office renovation—one that balances modern functionality with meaningful nods to its rich, 45-year history. The updated space blends contemporary workplace design with elements that honor the company’s heritage and hospitality roots.

Highlights include custom wallpaper showcasing NCG’s first hotel, vintage-inspired phone booths marked with “vacancy” signs, and motel-themed interior windows that bring playful character to the space. These thoughtful touches reflect the company’s evolution from its first property to its current portfolio of over 30 premier hotels across multiple states.

As a third-generation, family-owned business, NCG Hospitality continues to build on its legacy—offering development, management, and real estate services to hotel owners and investors nationwide. This refreshed office space reflects not only where NCG has been, but where it’s headed.
