Call Center Buildout | Downtown Madison

PROJECT OVERVIEW

When you call to make a reservation at any of the Great Wolf Lodge locations, your call will be fielded by a representative at a call center in downtown Madison. This call center incorporates special acoustical sound insulation on an outside deck to avoid crossover between callers. The space also boasts private offices, marketing areas, conference rooms, and a custom 3D wolf mural made of wood.
