Keith Dillenburg
Superintendent
Keith has spent more than two decades in the construction industry, but his connection to the trade began long before that. As a young man, he spent summers working alongside his grandfather, a true jack of all trades who taught him the fundamentals of building, problem-solving, and taking pride in a job well done. Those early experiences sparked a lasting passion for construction and continue to influence the way Keith approaches his work today.
At Ideal Builders, Keith appreciates the collaborative, ambitious, and family-oriented culture. He values being part of a team that supports one another and takes pride in the work they do.
Outside of work, family remains Keith’s top priority. He enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, fishing, hunting, and spending quality time together as a family.
