Kyle Block

Kyle is known around Ideal as just “Block” (too many Kyles). How did he get involved in construction? Well, when he was a senior in high school, he spent his Christmas break driving his cousin to work at a construction gig, where he would stick around to help. Shortly after, the company offered Kyle a job himself. As a Superintendent at Ideal — a company that he describes as “fun, friendly, and loyal” — Kyle works with carpenters, project managers, office staff, and subcontractors to complete projects. His favorite hobbies include fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with friends and family. Top on Kyle’s bucket list is a trip to Alaska to go moose hunting.
