Dave Martin

As a child, Dave dreamed of becoming a carpenter. Now, 20+ years into his career in the construction industry, his dreams have certainly come true. At Ideal Builders, Dave focuses on planning and problem-solving with members of his office and field teams. Laughter is a common occurrence and indicative of Ideal’s culture, which Dave describes as “youthful” and “friendly.” (Coincidentally, these are words the Ideal staff would use to describe Dave himself.) When he’s not at work, Dave is busy keeping up with his wife and their five energetic children. If he’s not kicking a soccer ball, drawing, playing with his dog Hobbes, or boating, Dave is likely tinkering on a project at home while listening to blues guitar.
