Outside work, Tim cherishes family, travel, and community involvement, coaching youth sports and contributing to cancer research and urban planning boards.

Meet BJ Galle, Ideal's Chief Operations Officer, who started with the team straight out of college. He expertly balances client and construction management, leads project managers and engineers, and is a volunteer Assistant Fire Chief. Away from work, BJ enjoys his kids' baseball games, grilling, and as a true builder, even built his own home.

John Hentrich

John Hentrich, a seasoned Senior Project Manager, brings a wealth of construction experience to Ideal. From roofing in his youth to managing complex projects today, he excels at client collaboration and site operations. When not coordinating RFIs and submittals, John enjoys woodworking, family time, and his volunteer firefighter duties. He dreams of visiting Ireland.
