Jason Bollig embodies the Ideal Builders spirit, blending client relations, preconstruction, and operations. With over 20 years of experience, he's passionate about building and the company's fun, dedicated culture. A local volunteer and devoted family man, Jason also enjoys golf and family movie nights.
At Ideal Builders, Jason divides his time between client relations, preconstruction, and operations — fully living out his childhood dream of becoming a builder like his grandfather before him. With 20+ years of industry experience, Jason loves construction and Ideal Builders in particular, whose culture he describes as “fun” and “dedicated.” Raised locally, Jason (“JB”) is a committed volunteer with Hard Hats with Heart, helping the nonprofit host its annual fundraising event. A great day out of the office would include a game of golf, dinner with his wife, and an Avengers movie with his two sons.
