Kaitlyn Mohrbacher

Meet Kaitlyn Mohrbacher, bringing her passion for communication and organization to Ideal Builders. A UW-Whitewater student, her family's construction legacy ignited an early love for design and teamwork. Kaitlyn thrives on collaboration, turning ideas into reality. Off-duty, she enjoys cooking, staying active, traveling, and gaming.

Kaitlyn Mohrbacher brings a strong background in communication and organization to Ideal Builders. She is currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, studying Communications and Business.

With a family history in construction, Kaitlyn developed an early appreciation for design, planning, and teamwork. Growing up, she spent time assisting with projects alongside her dad and grandpa, which fueled her interest in the industry. She enjoys seeing how collaboration and attention to detail bring ideas to life.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves cooking, staying active, traveling, and playing video games.
