Seth Williams' passion for architecture and construction led him to a challenging Project Manager role at Ideal. He thrives on coordinating plans, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. Seth describes Ideal's culture as a "family" and enjoys balancing his demanding work with his love for Badger football, Brewers baseball, and exploring Wisconsin's outdoors. His MLB stadium bucket list continues to grow.

Seth has always had a fascination with buildings and architectural details, and after watching his older brothers enter the construction industry, he decided to do so himself. As a Project Manager at Ideal, Seth’s days are fast-paced and challenging as he works to obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute the plans and specifications needed to construct various projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Seth loves Ideal. In fact, one of the words he uses to describe Ideal’s culture is “family.” But when he’s not at work, he has a pretty good time too, whether he’s watching Badger football and Brewers baseball or hiking/kayaking in Wisconsin’s great outdoors. On his bucket list? Attending a game at every MLB stadium.
