PROJECT OVERVIEw

Spark by Hilton Madison Central is a full renovation and rebranding of a 140-room hotel adjacent to the Alliant Energy Center campus. Great Lakes Management Group (GLMG) and Kothe Real Estate Partners (KREP) partnered with Ideal Builders to modernize the property and support the County’s long-term vision for the surrounding district.

The renovation focused on improving the guest experience and updating building systems, finishes, and amenities throughout the hotel. The project included work in guest rooms, public areas, and exterior gathering spaces. The team managed a fast-paced schedule and maintained budget accuracy while coordinating with ownership, design partners to ensure Hilton brand standards we met.
