Meet Heather Lewellen, Ideal's Senior Accountant. With a passion for construction stemming from her family roots at just 14, Heather loves her work. She ensures Ideal's administrative operations run smoothly for clients and vendors alike. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, home renovations, and dreams of international travel.

Believe it or not, Ideal’s Senior Accountant, Heather has been in the construction business since the ripe young age of 14, when she worked for her grandfather’s small business. “I’m a believer in the phrase ‘love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life,’” says Heather. “I believe the ties back to my family roots are what makes it so easy to love the industry I ‘work’ in.” As Senior Accountant, Heather is responsible for entering and paying bills; however, she also spends much of her time working with others to make sure the administrative side of Ideal runs smoothly, facilitating processes for both customers and vendors. At home, Heather enjoys spending time outside, hiking or fishing with her husband. True to her builder roots, she also loves a good home renovation project. On her bucket list? Visiting another country to explore the culture.
