Kayla Keehan

Meet Kayla Keehan, our new Senior Project Engineer at Ideal Builders! With a passion for construction and a knack for seeing projects through, Kayla brings valuable experience and a collaborative spirit to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and dogs.

Kayla joins Ideal Builders as a Senior Project Engineer. Her path to construction began with a switch from psychology to construction management—guided by a growing interest in the field and her family’s connection to the industry, including her dad, who is also part of the Ideal team.

She brings prior experience in construction and enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish. Kayla’s thoughtful, collaborative approach helps support smooth execution and aligns well with our culture of teamwork and craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband Austin and their two Australian Shepherds, Jax and Simon. She also enjoys reading, embroidery, and has recently taken up yoga.
