Meet Madie Tessman, a University of Wisconsin–Platteville Construction Management student from Hazel Green, WI. Madie is excited to join Ideal Builders this summer, valuing hands-on experience and teamwork. She looks forward to applying her studies to real-world projects, problem-solving, and contributing to successful client outcomes.
Madie is from Hazel Green, WI and is currently studying Construction Management at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. She enjoys being involved in all phases of construction and values seeing how teamwork contributes to successful projects and satisfied clients.
Madie chose Ideal Builders because she values the hands-on experience and personal connections that come with working for a smaller general contractor. This summer, she is looking forward to applying her classroom knowledge to real-world projects and gaining experience in problem solving and day-to-day project challenges. Outside of work, Madie enjoys swimming, spending time with friends and family, and taking trips to Brewer games and her family’s cabin. We’re excited to have her on the team this summer!
