Meet Madie, a Construction Management senior from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. She values hands-on experience and teamwork. Throughout the summer of 2026, she applied her studies to real-world projects, gaining experience in problem-solving and contributing to client success throughout all phases of construction.
Madie chose Ideal Builders for her internship because she values the hands-on experience and personal connections that come with working for a relationship-focused general contractor. When she graduates, she’ll be joining us full time!
From Hazel Green, Wisconsin, Madie enjoys swimming, spending time with friends and family, attending Brewers games, and taking trips to her family’s cabin.
