Confidential Biopharmaceutical Lab Client

This biopharmaceutical lab client required a renovation and expansion to support their research in nucleic-acid-based therapies. The work included an office renovation, laboratory expansion (chemistry, analytical, and imaging), and lab animal research (LAR) spaces totaling over 34,000 square feet. We also constructed a two-story addition onto the side of the building with the second floor serving as mechanical penthouse.
