PROJECT OVERVIEW

Elephas Bio is a biotech company building an instrument platform to aid clinicians in determining the best cancer therapy for each patient. As a startup, Elephas had previously shared a lab with another tenant but the opportunity to have a larger space with their own lab became available. We were able to renovate the existing lab space, making sure it had all the necessary equipment and working space for Elephas. Additionally, we converted a portion of the office space into engineering workspace. The office area also received updates, including new flooring, a larger breakroom, and fresh paint throughout.
