PROJECT OVERVIEW

Kayser Automotive Group, a long-term partner, turned to us when it wanted to build out a new home for its Lincoln dealership which had previously shared space with Kayser’s Ford location. This project included demolishing an existing used car facility and extensive site work to bring the location up to grade. In addition, an underwater stormwater containment system was used to ensure ample parking for the new Lincoln dealership, which shares land with Kayser’s Ford lot. The building was built with high-end finishes to reflect the Lincoln brand including a living wall feature in the service area.
