Michelle Pietsch joined Ideal Builders the way the best things happen in Madison: through the community. A friend on the leadership team at Badger Prairie Needs Network mentioned that Ideal Builders was a special place to work and encouraged her to pursue the opportunity. “‘Great people. Michelle brings 25+ years of marketing, business development, and operations experience to Ideal Builders. She has a particular love for helping great organizations tell their story.

Outside of work, Michelle and her son volunteer at BPNN, where they are members of the install team for the Flags4Food program. Michelle also gifts flag subscriptions to veterans in Verona-area community. At home, she and her husband share their home with two rescue cats and a senior dog of strong opinions. Their daughter is away at university, pursuing a degree in neuroscience research. “One of the best experiences as a parent is watching your kids grow into excellent human beings.”
