PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Unity Point Health – Meriter Jeff Levy Education Center was a phased project that brought employee services that were scattered through many locations into one facility. This allows for one centralized onboarding center for new employees, whereas they previously were required to visit two or three locations during onboarding. In addition, this project also included community rooms where the Family Health Education group teaches both virtual and in-person health classes to the community, such as new mothers and birthing classes. This new space converted warehouse space into an office and training center that also includes exam/testing facilities as well. This project also included a new exterior canopy and landscaping.
