PROJECT OVERVIEW

When the adjacent tenant vacated, it was the perfect time for CFOAMS to expand their business. The main patient entry was used for both spaces so it needed to remain functional during construction so patients could safely access the building. Careful coordination of shutdowns and contamination containment of mechanical systems during construction was key as the entire building was running on the same system. Work began first on the empty space with demolition and reconfiguring the mechanical systems for the new layout. Additional office and treatment rooms were added in the new space. Once completed staff moved to the new side of the office so construction could begin on the original space.
