PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Meriter PT project consisted of renovating a former full restaurant and bar into an outpatient Orthopedic and Physical Therapy clinic. The new clinic has seven treatment rooms, a full rehabilitation gym, and an Orthopedic rehab room. One of the unique challenges that the space presented was the building sits in a flood plain and had flooded in years past. This required upfront extensive remediation work as well as working with the city of Middleton to ensure provisions were in place to avoid future flooding. This new clinic allowed our client to consolidate several other clinics and provide a presence on the west side of the Madison metro area.
