PROJECT OVERVIEW

Selected through a highly-competitive bidding process involving twelve general contractors, this plan-and-spec project required a disciplined approach to both cost and execution. Despite limited flexibility in budget, the final design result is a timeless, high-quality space that blends craftsmanship with functionality. Interior highlights include rich walnut millwork and custom stained glass windows created by a local artist, adding warmth and distinctive character to the environment.
