Non-Profit Buildout in The Hub | Southwest Madison

PROJECT OVERVIEW

FORWARD Community Investments (FCI) is one of the first tenants to join The Hub, a new space facilitating commerce and entrepreneurism led by Black business owners and entrepreneurs. FCI, which works with organizations and initiatives aiming to reduce social, racial, and economic disparities, relocated to this location to be near other community groups.

FCI’s new space includes a collaborative lounge space, conference room, open office, and several private offices.
