PROJECT OVERVIEW

Middleton Glen’s common areas play a central role in everyday life for residents. To ensure those spaces continue to support how the community gathers, connects, and relaxes, the team undertook a phased renovation focused on functionality, comfort, and light.

A new two-story entry is highlighted by a striking statement light fixture that brings warmth and visual interest to the space.

The common room was expanded and updated to better support daily use and special events. One end of the room now features a fireplace and dedicated conversation area, providing a comfortable place to gather. On the opposite end, a former porch was enclosed with full-height windows, creating a bright, inviting space that has quickly become a favorite for meals, games, and casual conversation. Designed for flexibility, the room comfortably transitions from daily dining to movie nights and community events.

Additional improvements included updated hallways and renovations to the meeting and craft rooms. Both spaces feature full windows overlooking the lobby, reinforcing a sense of openness and connection throughout the building.

Completed in phases to minimize disruption for residents, the updates at Middleton Glen reflect a thoughtful approach to improving shared spaces—enhancing how residents experience the community every day.
